These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AI Baby Dance website and AI image studio ("Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Use of the Service

AI Baby Dance provides tools for generating and editing images using generative AI models (including OpenAI model) and related features such as account management, billing and project organization.

You are responsible for how you use the Service and for any content you create, upload or share. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

User Accounts

To use certain parts of the Service, you will need to create an account and provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Restricting access to your account and devices
• All activities that occur under your account

You must notify us promptly if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

Payments and Subscriptions

Certain features of AI Baby Dance are offered on a paid subscription or credit basis. When you purchase a plan or credits, you authorize us and our payment processors (such as Stripe) to charge you the applicable fees and taxes.

Subscription details (such as plan type, billing interval and renewal) are shown at checkout or in your account. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel future renewals from your account or by contacting us.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and underlying software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and any applicable plan limits, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your own business or personal purposes.

User Content and AI-Generated Content

You retain all rights to the content you submit, upload, or create using the Service (including prompts, reference images, and final outputs), to the extent permitted by applicable law and the terms of any third-party providers involved.

By submitting content to the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, display, and otherwise use your content as necessary to operate and improve the Service (for example, to run image generation, maintain history, provide customer support, and prevent abuse).

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of any AI-generated content complies with applicable laws and the terms of any downstream platforms where you publish it. You should not rely on AI-generated content as a sole source of truth for high-risk decisions.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Generate or share content that is illegal, harmful, hateful, defamatory, or that infringes the rights of others (including privacy and intellectual property rights)
• Attempt to reverse engineer, probe, or circumvent any security or rate-limiting measures
• Misrepresent generated content as human-created where disclosure is legally required
• Upload malware, malicious code, or content that could harm the Service or other users

We reserve the right to investigate violations and, where appropriate, suspend or terminate accounts.

Third-Party Services and AI Providers

AI Baby Dance integrates with third-party services, including payment processors (such as Stripe) and AI model providers (such as OpenAI). Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is at your own risk.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, are causing risk or possible legal exposure for us, or if we discontinue the Service.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Certain provisions of these Terms, by their nature, will survive termination (for example, intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability).

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Generative AI systems can produce inaccurate or incomplete information. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of any AI-generated content, and you should review outputs before using them in production or public contexts.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "date" at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after the updated Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
