This Refund Policy explains how AI Baby Dance handles payments, credit purchases, failed generations, and refund requests.

AI Baby Dance sells digital services and credits that are used to generate or export AI media. Because credits can be used immediately after purchase, refund eligibility is limited once digital value has been delivered.

Credit Purchases

When you purchase credits, you are buying a digital balance for use inside AI Baby Dance.

  • Credits are added to your account after successful payment.
  • Purchased credits do not renew automatically unless a recurring billing option is explicitly shown at checkout.
  • Purchased credits may be used over time according to the product rules shown at checkout and in your account.

Failed Generations

If a generation fails because of a system, provider, or processing error and no successful output is delivered, the related credits are generally refunded back to your account automatically.

This refund is usually issued as account credits, not as a cash refund to the original payment method.

Successful Generations and Used Credits

Once credits have been successfully used to deliver a generation, export, or other digital service, that portion of the purchase is generally non-refundable, except where required by law.

This is because the digital service has already been delivered and the purchased value has been consumed.
